The Claire is an ivory Chantilly lace sheath dress with scalloped lace edges with a latte silk crepe satin slip. This divine gown is sleeveless, form fitting, and has a deep v-neck in both the front and back. The slip is separate from the dress and is cut lower in the back than the lace overlay. Alterations were made on the overall length of the lace sheath but the dressmaker maintained the original scalloped hem. The front of the dress was shortened to accommodate the more relaxed style of our garden wedding. A latte silk sash was added to the dress however this could be easily removed by your dressmaker should you wish to.

Gown comes with two separate slips - the original ivory silk bias slip that came with the dress and the new latte slip that I had made. The latte slip has padded cups and a low back in the matt silk, the sash on the gown is using the satin side of the fabric. The latte slip is lined with powernet (like support underwear) for a sleek look. The lace gown has angled empire seam under the bust, very fitted through the waist and another angled seam at the hip. The skirt is very full and flows beautifully from the hip seam into a short train. Train has small hooks and loops if you wish to bustle it at the back.

The latte sash is only hand sewn on making it very easy to remove if desired.
Matching full length latte soft vintage tulle veil - retail cost $250. Lace does have some give in it therefore can fit someone with slightly larger measurements than stated.

Bust is difficult to measure on the garment due to low back and gathers under bust - can fit up to a C-cup/small D.
