Description: Strapless, white spotted tulle rouched bodice with white silk taffeta underskirt, satin waist line, handcrafted flower and full layered textured white silk organza skirt. The dress was made by Brad Webb, designer and owner of DARB Bridal Couture in October 2010. Known for his penchant for romance and eye for beauty, Brad Webb is the master of couture in Australia.
