The theme of this gown is Romance and Elegance and it lives up to its name. One piece - Strapless, boned bodice, lace-up back (with modesty flap at the back and some padding around the bust), fits 6 - 8 AU. It is for a petite woman.
Features a Swarovski Crystal encrusted sweetheart neckline. Stunning and very grand ivory tule skirt and train with gathered silk taffetta overlay. Sexy, drop-waist design. Detachable rose detail broach is included along with the veil. If you decide to wear a hoop underneath you get a traditional ballgown look (although hoop is not included). Without hoop, the dress has a sleek, modern A-line that starts at the hips.
Bought new for $1800 from 2009 collection at Brides Desire, and it is still in fantastic condition and has been spot-cleaned. Worn for half a day (4hrs). This design can still be purchased new from the store, Brides Desire. Asking price is $850 or nearest offer.
I am 175 cm tall (in heels) and I wore a big 3-bar hoop underneath so the dress was the perfect length. With a 1 or 2-bar hoop, it makes the skirt a little longer - best for someone 180-190cms. Of course if you are shorter, you can make alternations to fit your height.
Simply gorgeous dress - will make its wearer feel like royalty.
