This dress is just gorgeous and is brand new. It comes with a built in petticoat and dress size is between a 0 -2 (street size 6). It was made to fit me and I am approximately a 153cm tall so it's made for a shorter person. Measurement from the base of my neck to the hem with my shoes on is 54.5. The structure is a corset lacing down the back..
