Stunning full bridal illusion gown with corset closure. Gathered tulle with embellished lace falls over chic organza. A chic organza ribbon sash encircles the waist, and finishes with a bow at the center back. Rich beading creates a truly extraordinary sparkle, bringing out the richness of the lace.
Has been professionally dry-cleaned and boxed by Jenny & Gerry's Bridal House.
Purchased from Jenny & Gerry's and worn once for my wedding in 2011. No significant alterations made, just bustling, and bra cups (which can be easily removed if you do not require them).
This gown is absolutely stunning and it has a real vintage look to it. You don't find many dresses that are truly waisted in, it gives you a beautiful figure. Would fit a size 4,6,8 or 10 because of the corset closure. It is a US size 4 (Aus size 8) but I was an Aus size 6 when I wore it. One of the best things about this dress is that it can be easily trimmed at the base to suit your height because the base of the skirt is a crisply cut tulle (it is not lacework that cannot be trimmed - watch out for that with some dresses).
Matching fine tulle full-length veil, and hoop are available as well. In total I paid about $4000 for the dress, alterations, hoop, and veil.
I got so many comments about this dress on my wedding day, you will not be disappointed when you see it, it is amazing!
