This is the beautiful Vera Wang Ethel Gown in stretch silk mikado fabric.

This is an amazing dress and in perfect condition.

I was looking for a gorgeous fitted dress that accentuated my figure yet also gave me that once in a life time bridal look and feel. This dress definitely has the 'WOW' factor and made be feel so beautiful on my wedding day.

The Ethel is an incredible gown with a draped bodice made of a new Stretch Silk Mikado fabric that could easily fit a size up or down perfectly. Each swirling tissue organza flange of the skirt is hand-cut giving it a romantic mermaid look that's incredibly beautiful, modern and sophisticated. Very light and easy to dance in too. I wore the dress without Vera Wang's sash as the dress without sash elongated my figure more.

The dress was purchased at the Vera Wang Flagship store at Browns Bride in London for GBP5,200 (A$8,000) - the original store receipts are available.

The size label on the gown is size 8 US. Street size of the dress is size 8 (UK/AU) which is 4 in US sizes. I am a size 8 - 10 in UK/AU so that dress was quite fitted.

NO ALTERATIONS have been made to the gown - only slight adjustments to the length. This gown in perfect condition. It has only been worn once on my wedding day in June 2012.
