This listing is for a beautiful Elizabeth de Varga 'Rhys' gown which has been worn once for my wedding.
The gown is very elegant and is a vintage style made from super soft silk satin with a lace overlay and cap sleeves.
The dress features an in-built corset and ivory bow at the waist. The bottom half of the dress flows wonderfully into a fishtail at the back as a train. This can be worn out or can be affixed to the back of the dress to allow you to move freely!
The back of the dress is just as stunning as the front, featuring a sheer lace panel, covered buttons, and ruching above the fishtail.
This dress will fit sizes 6-8, and was made for someone 5'10 wearing 2 inch heels. Could easily be taken up to suit height of the buyer.
The dress is in excellent second hand condition and has been dry-cleaned. Some tiny yellow marks (half a five cent piece) on the edge of the hem but this can only be seen if looking very closely (and will not be an issue if dress is taken up). Some small marks on the inside of the material at the hem, but these cannot be seen when dress is worn. The marks do not detract from the dress at all, including the information only in the interests of full disclosure!
No damage at all to rest of the dress- beading is in perfect condition!
I had so many people remark on this dress- it really is very elegant and is a classic style that you will love in years to come.
