Maggie Sottero

I fell in love with this Maggie Sottero gown as soon as i saw it! It features the most gorgeous embellished lace which just catches the light in the most amazing way. The gown has a sweetheart neckline with a fitted bodice. The dress is made from satin with a linear lace overlay which is really highlighted with the stunning lace train. The detail in this dress is absolutely amazing and the beading catches the light highlighting the lace. One of the finer details of this dress I love is the scalloped lace around the bottom.

Looking at the back of this dress, it appears to have a zip closing bodice, however, underneath this is a satin lace-up corset. The dress is a stock size 8 and I had no alterations made to the size or length of this dress (I am 168cm and I wore 6cm heels) and with the corset underneath may suit between different sizes and body shapes. To make this dress more unique, I added fake buttons to the back of the dress and an antique brooch to the satin feature around the gown's dropped waistline. These additions can be removed if wanted.

I found this dress very comfortable to wear. It is very light and moves with you as you walk. The train has a loop which makes carrying the train a little easier at times.

The dress is in excellent condition and has been dry cleaned.

I would love this dress to find a new owner as I believe it deserves to be worn again.
