The Dress

A beautiful satin and lace dress in an off-white ivory with golden undertones. I LOVED wearing it. Very BEAUTIFUL and ELEGANT dress. I felt llike a queen, not a princess.

I have pink-toned skin but was pleasantly surprised by how good it looked...I never expected to get a cream colored dress with a hint of yellow- which is the satin underneath the white lace.

The only alteration I had was to add a bustle...a neccesity for dancing and easier mobility.

The dress has been dry-cleaned and I think its cleaner than it was on my wedding day.

In the sizes above, hips and waist size are approximate. I gained weight since the wedding and cannot zip up the dress. It lacked 3cm to close. The size I put for hips and waist are 5cm less than my current size.

I am pear-shaped and tend to gravitate toward A line dresses that flatter my figure. I have a small chest, and I felt fully covered in this dress. I think someone with a larger bust size could easilly fit into this dress as well.

The dress was surprisingly comfortable....in fact that was another reason I chose to buy it over cheaper dresses of lesser quality. The only downside was that it got heavy after a few hours.
