Alterations
It wasn't high neck when I bought it, it was a boat neck and the trail was alot longer. Part of the trail was used to maake the high neck and also sleeves were 3/4 so used the material from part of trail to make the sleeves longer. It made the vision of the dress I wanted become real, was altered by a professional bridal seamstress recommended by the store I bought dress from .
