The Dress

Absolutely stunning dress, especially up close, with the most delicate and soft lace. I adore this dress but it deserves to be worn again instead of hung in my closet. It would be amazing for an engagement, rehearsal dinner, reception, or even for a bridesmaid in a white bridal party.

This dress is by Australian designer Lover the Label and was purchased at the Strand Arcade store in Sydney.

The dress and lace is in pristine condition and dry cleaned. Comes with original Lover garment bag.

I did have to get the sides brought in and waist lifted slightly, as I found the 6 to still be too loose. Alterations are reversible- they were done by an expert seamstress and she made sure to only do an extra single seam, so it can easily be taken back out. Dress was brought in by about 2cm along the side body and skirt down to the hem, to make it slimmer around the legs as well. The dress still wasn't tight when I wore it. If you are a true 6 like me it should fit perfectly.

My measurements are: height 5'2 / 158cm; size 32B bust; Waist 25" / 64cm; Hips 34" / 87cm

(note that on the model on the Lover website, the dress comes up much higher above the knee than it did on me)
