The Dress
I loved this dress so much so had it specially cleaned immediately after our wedding and it has been stored in paper and specialised box ever since.
It’s in perfect condition.
It has a beautiful ruched, lightly beaded, sheer lace overlay on a boned corset. The lace extends asymmetrically beyond the waist onto the skirt of the dress.
Asymmetric ruching of the fabric on the skirt of the dress exposes lace/netting detail at the base of the skirt.
The back of the dress has bustle style ruching into a train. The train can be tied to enable dancing!
Alterations
Alterations were through the corset, bust, waist and hips. The integrity of the dress is unaltered. Boning etc is untouched.
I was advised to buy a 12/14 as the sizing came up small. However, I lost weight and it became more of a ‘street’ size 10.
