THIS IS A SKIRT: I designed this skirt and had it professionally made out of champagne died ostrich feathers. It is a beautiful item and is so understatedly stunning on. I had planned to wear it with a plain beige bodysuit but the wedding day was an unseasonable 34 degrees and very hot so i wore a summer gown. I could not find a skirt like this for under $1000 so I had this one made for me. As new never worn. Will fit up to a size 10. Buyer will love x
