The Dress

This is a gorgeous Bellini wedding dress by Caroline Castigliano. The most beautiful bit about the dress is the skirt which is made of organza silk. It looks like a lot of material but it is so high quality and floats effortlessly making it look so graceful as you move. The bodice is tied up with strings at the back so this gives some flexibility to adjust to your own size and it meant that there were no alterations needed for this part of the dress. I liked that the bodice was fairly plain so that I could add the off-the-shoulder lace Malaysia shrug on top of the dress for the church ceremony and then took it off for the reception (some of my guests even thought I had two dresses for the day!). The lace bolero really does compliment the dress.

The bottom of the skirt has some slight staining but there are no rips or tears (see photo). I am also including the Malaysia shrug and an ivory church length two tier wedding veil in the listed price.

Alterations

Dress: Boob pads were added but can be taken out. Dress was cut to my height(165cm) plus 2-3 inch heels.
Bolero: This was adjusted to fit my arm for a snug fit but it looks like the stitching can be undone to adjust the sizing.
