The Dress

Selling my absolutely beautiful MWL “Stevie” dress. I could have not felt more beautiful on my wedding and I am hoping this dress will make another bride feel the same. The colour is Ivory, I was spot on 140cm hollow to hem (height is about 157cm and wore 11cm heels - As straps were taken up hem is approx 1cm shorter now)

My dress has been dry cleaned and is in beautiful condition. She is like new. I did not wear fake tan and there are no stains and no rips.

The dress was $3000 including GST, I spent $500 in alterations and $280 for dry cleaning by Made with Love.

Alterations

- cups added (C/D bust)

- MWL buttons and thin waist belt added (can be removed if you’d like but I personally loved this addition)

- straps taken up

- Taken in slightly under arms to account for straps being taken up

- dress was taken in approximately one size as it came too large (I am a standard size 8 which is like a MWL 6). Please see measurements which were provided by seamstress at time of alterations.

- three darts (two in front and one in back) carefully placed under lace motives to ensure no gaping around bust or back

- double wrist strap added and carefully placed in motives so they can’t be seen

- bustle added with last three buttons reinforced for height options of bustle
