The way this dress is cut, you would not need to have the length altered at all, the train of the dress will just be longer or shorter depending on your height and the height of the shoes you wear.
I'm a street size 8 with a 36d chest. The second picture is me with the dress on. This dress was never worn at the wedding, so, it's basically brand new! No alterations have been made. Comes with the original grace loves lace garment bag. Open to offers.
