The Dress

THIS IS A BRAND NEW DRESS - STILL HAS TAGS ON IT AND HAS NEVER BEEN WORN OR ALTERED!!! The only flaw is a missing button at the nape of the neck that can be easily replaced (seamstress I met with said she could easily use leftover lace from the train if I were to have it hemmed to create a button that matches). Please reference photos and video.
