Description: This is a beautiful, elegant, vintage inspired slim-line tulle and crushed taffeta gown with an attractive empire-line highlighted with a band of taffeta caught at the centre front with a jewel-effect brooch. The tulle is appliquéd with corded lace motifs, beaded with twinkling Swarovski crystals and diamantes and finished with a matching scalloped lace edging.
The gown is Off White with Off White Tulle and there are also detachable straps included (not appearing in photos). There is light boning in the bodice that gives a lovely shape.
It is fastened at the back with a zipper and finished with beautiful crystal buttons.
The short train can be bustled up to the same length as the front of the gown to allow for easier movement. (The veil is not included in the sale.)

Designer: Essence of Australia, style D586.

Condition: This gown was worn once and is in excellent/as new condition. It has been professionally hand cleaned by Baci Wedding Gown Preservation (valued $250) and is now beautifully boxed ready for its new owner. There are no food, tanning, dirt or sweat marks on the gown. It comes from a pet and smoke free home.

Size: Bought as an Essence size 12 and altered to fit. Essentially, I am a very standard size 10 in regular clothing, but the Essence sizing chart indicated that I was a size 12 in the hips.
The gown is able to be adjusted if necessary. I am 166cm tall and the dress was hemmed at 172.5cm (including wedding shoes).

Reason for selling: It is somewhat of a reluctant sale, but I know it is better to be used and enjoyed again, rather than sit under the bed!

Overall: This gown was so comfortable and easy to move in. I loved spending my wedding day in it. I spent many hours on the dance floor with no mis-haps and easy maneuverability. It is not too heavy and I felt amazing in it! Please contact me if you would like more details or photos.

Bridesmaid dresses: Two of the bridesmaid dresses are also for sale (size 10 and 12). They are a gorgeous, simple and elegant Alfred Angelo design (style 6134) in Platinum. The dresses are zipper fastening with light boning in the bodice. Cocktail length with detachable spaghetti straps (photos available), no alterations were made, worn once and their condition is as new. $180 each.
