The Dress

This beautiful Rachel Gilbert dress is now sold out and extremely hard to find. It was purchased from the Paddington store in Sydney brand new size 0 (an Australian size 6) and has only been worn once in March 2019 and in excellent condition. The material is beautifully sequined and beaded but has stretch to mould to fit your curves and will fit a size 4 - size 6. It is an off the shoulder (can be worn not off shoulder if desired) sequin dress with lace along the neck line and an invisible zip at the back. Despite being sequined, the dress is lighter than other heavily beaded sequin dresses and is extremely comfortable to be worn all day/night. The craftsmanship of this dress reflects Rachel Gilbert's high quality designs: double silk lining in the skirt and silk lining and boning at the top of the dress.

$4000 was spent on dress and alterations. Dress was immediately dry cleaned and is ready to wear. This stunning dress is unique, feminine, modern and is beautiful for both ceremony and reception looks.

Alterations

The dress was altered by premium bridal alterations specialist (with experience in sequin and beaded dresses) and has been taken in to fit a size 4-6, cups added (can be easily removed) and the length shortened to fit 169cm height and 9.5 cm heels. Only material cut was the hem, everything else was taken in and may be taken out if desired to be a true size 6.
