The Dress

GORGEOUS DRESS WITH REMOVABLE CAPE!
This divine dress is by Israel-based designer, Lee Petra Grebenau. Grebenau is a prestigious label, "known for its signature couture craftsmanship and exquisite handsewn embroideries". The label uses "the finest fabrics and materials and upholding high end finishes with meticulous and flawless hand tailorship".

Each gown is custom made and is carried by only exclusive bridal stores worldwide.

Sansa is an open V neckline mermaid gown. It's made from beaded and crystal tulles and has 3D silk organza flowers arrangements. There is a nude underlay, including built in control shorts (though I wore additional underwear underneath) and a very thin belt which can be worn or removed from around the waist.

This dress is incredible!! The detail is unlike anything I've ever seen, which is what made me fall in love with it. Was thrilled with all the genuine love the dress received not only from the tailor, but from the photographers, makeup artist, wedding planner (all of which have seen plenty a dress in their day) and guests. It's a little different and not many had seen detail like it.

The gown also comes with a matching removable cape. I wore the cape for the ceremony and then removed after a few photos and kept it off for the rest of the night.

I wore with beautiful Nicholas Kirkwood Maeva pearl S sandals, which had an 8cm heel.

The dress was kept in excellent condition on the day and was dry cleaned immediately after.
Sad to be parting with it, but it's too beautiful to just sit in a box and go unseen.

Alterations

The dress has been altered slightly - I had the front V closed a little and brought up slightly higher.
