The Dress

This dress is so beautiful and I absolutely loved wearing it on my wedding day. It's the perfect mix of elegant, comfortable and classic and I've received so many amazing comments about the dress and how flattering it is.

Dress details:
The style is called 'Mallow' and it has a fully corseted bodice, lace cap sleeves and an open back, this gown is flattering and wearable. The full, flowing skirt is made from layers of beautiful rayon Georgette crepe, lined with light L’amore satin, for the perfect sweep down the aisle. The bodice is made from delicate French Guipere lace. Because the bodice is fully corseted, with lace cap sleeves, there’s no need to wear a bra. You can also wear it with closed or open toe Stilettos.

I bought this dress on Still White for my wedding too. The previous owner had $330 worth of alterations made to it, including getting it hemmed to suit 164cm height being worn with 10cm heels, and had the pearls removed from the waist band and instead had customised ruched Georgette detailing added.

After the wedding I took the dress to get dry cleaned. From the wedding day the bottom was a bit dirty but they did an amazing job at cleaning it and I think it looks really good.

I adore this dress, however, as I don't need it any longer my hope is that it will be enjoyed by someone else again on their very special day.
