This beautiful dress is brand new with the tag still attached. It has never been worn other than me trying it on. No alterations have been made. Unfortunately this dress no longer fits me and I cannot return or exchange for a bigger size from the location I purchased it. I will include garment bag. One of the loops at the very first button is slightly stretched from the time I tried It on. Other than that it is in perfect condition! This dress will look gorgeous on anyone!
