--> Keep in mind I spent roughly 600 on dry-cleaning and alterations - this dress is well fitted and hoping someone my size can just take it and most likely not have to do any alterations)

----Uniqueness about this dress----

- My measurements are: 32-25-38
- There is extra material on the hips to widen or tighten; this dress has a lot of flexibility and can go out even 4 more inches on the underlay or be taking in more. Everything is neatly hidden underneath the chiffon therefore no one can tell if you do alterations from hips down.
- Originally dress had hips at 36, and since there is an underlay I widened it by 1.5 inches which allowed my hips to feel more comfortable and lot of room to dance. No one could tell because this is the underlay and all the chiffon hides it.
- The straps also have extra material hidden if you want to lengthen or loosen. 
- The waist has a lot of intricate design and there has been no alterations to it therefoe it is still in original form. A well qualified seamstress would be able to take it in or widen the waist if need be. I am now a 26 inch waist and the dress still fits me perfectly. So the waist as is can fit anyone from 25-26 inches and can be altered to make bigger or smaller.
- For my particular dress, Berta customized for the slit to be closed (as you can see in the model vs on me), and additionally for a full length of beautiful sequin underlay to be added. 
- This dress is truly designer custom. Berta informed me that I was the last bride that will have this customization to this dress as they usually do a mini-skirt underneath not a full length underlay - this adds a lot of value to the dress.
- I tried on the dress when it was in its original form from the boutique I bought it from, and it was extremely see-through and the slight came up to the pubic line. Evidently the model makes it look super sexy and chic however I am so glad my dress was customized to close the slit and add a sparkly sheeth underlay.
- Overall, I got the most compliments in my life with this dress, it truly is unique, beautiful, and for any girls who have small or big hips - this dress accentuates it in the most flattering way because it is flowy enough to hide things, but still accentuates waist.

Alterations

I loosened the hips by 1.5 inches in the underlay which does not effect the chiffon overtop. the underlay has material to be taking in or loosened out, by up to 4 inches! This doesn't affect the look of the dress, or style.
