The Dress

This is a beautiful and timeless Sassi Holford Daisy wedding dress.

All Sassi Holford gowns are handmade in Somerset by talented team of seamstresses and hand beaders.

This dress is Sassi Holford Daisy, fishtail gown in Ivory and mocha vintage lace, a series of beautiful buttons down the back with a scalloped lace hem(size on the invoice 15). The gown features an integral laced corset for the perfect fit and a streamlined silhouette whilst remaining comfortable. A cappuccino silk duchess satin sash size 14 with Mia style jacket in Daisy Lace size 14 (all made by Sassi Holford). The cappuccino colour really brings out the gown and was picked up in the bridesmaid dress. Purchased for £2895.

The measurements taken from me at the time by the bridal shop were as followings:-

Bust 39", under bust 31 3/4", waist 31 3/4", high hip 36 1/2", low hip 38 1/2", chest width 13 1/2" height 5' 3", Bra size 36 C/D, nape to waist 14", waist to floor (no shoes) 40", Back width 14".

On these measurements it was decided to order a size 15 to fit across the bust and a alteration package to alter waist and length (this was not carried out).

The pictures don't do the gown justice and my teenage daughter doesn't fill out the gown. The gown as been stored and never worn.
