The Dress

This fairy tale dress is a dream! Layers and layers of high quality tulle with beautiful 3d lace appliques that are individually hand sewn. The first time that I tried this dress, it gave me a bridal moment and placed an order right away.

Dress is ordered from Kellylin Couture last May 2019, a bridal shop in Auckland CBD. It arrived on August and worn once last Sept 16 for just less than 4 hours. It is light, really comfortable to move in and accentuates the waist making it look smaller. Color is ivory with individually hand sewn flower appliques. The flowers look really nice and has a 3d effect when looked closely, cascading on the dress. This dress is so comfortable to move around and shows a lot of movement when photographed.

I asked a seamstress to create a detachable tulle wings for me using the same fabric from the shop and paid 150 NZ dollars for it. This added a nice drama to the dress and looks so nice when photographed and when catched by the wind. The attachment can be easily removed.

Total costs for the gown 2250nzd + tulle wings 150nzd is 2400nzd. I will also include the brand new 3meters wedding veil that I never get to wearI, extra lace appliques and a satin belt when you purchase the gown.

No visible stains on the gown upon my inspection and kept on the garment cover ever since.

It breaks my heart to let this dress go but I know another bride will be happy with this dress.

Alterations

- Shorten the sleeves at the back part of the dress but can be easily undone
- Added a detachable tulle wings that can be fasten/unfastened (can also be easily removed if unwanted)
