The Dress

DESIGNER - Romanticism is embodied in a dress in this sensual, delicate mermaid design in chiffon, tulle and lace. A wedding dress that plays with the illusions of the bodice over a sweetheart neckline and the low fullness of the two-fabric skirt. A dress that comes with detachable off-the-shoulder chiffon sleeves that accentuate the femininity of the piece.

BRIDE -I chose this dress due to it's extreme comfort, versatility, fabric quality and exceptional fit! I felt absolutely beautiful on our wedding day in a dress that was a little "different" however still had elements of tradition and class. I love that the sleeves can be added or removed as could the nude modesty bodice. I chose to wear the dress without the modesty bodice so that the sheer fabric picked up the colour of my skin however I do have the bodice (and sleeves) available with the dress. It's colour is off white/nude with lace/chiffon/chantilly & embroided thread - I found the multiple fabrics to be very flattering without clinging to any small imperfections, giving me a nice boost of confidence! Although fitted the dress is by no means tight or restricting. To close the lower part zips and the upper part buttons.

Alterations

I am 173cm tall and had the dress taken up a very small amount as I wore flats.
I purchased a size 12 and lost a dress size therefore it was taken in to fit a size 10 (May possibly be between a 10-12 in the bust). No fabric was removed allowing the dress to be let back out if you needed.
I have had the dress professionally dry cleaned and there is not a mark on it besides a tiny bit of discolouring on the hemline of the train; this could be removed with a second clean or adjusting the hem by approximately 5mm.
The dress can be bustled.
