The Dress

This boho glam lace dress is one-of-a-kind. I never thought I would be able to find something with the perfect mix of bohemian while still having that stunning and glamorous "wow" factor. It is between a mermaid cut and trumpet cut - it hugs in all the right places and the flare is extremely flattering. The lace detail on this dress is beyond stunning - especially the laced back of the dress (what sets this one apart from most other dresses!). The front is a sweetheart V - very heard to find (most strapless dresses are straight across in the front). The rouching around the butt is VERY flattering..!! This dress was a perfect combination of all the components I wanted. Sexy but appropriate for a wedding... bohemian and flowy but enough "sparkle", glam and bright-white enough to be a show-stopper. I adore this dress. I purchased the dress at a store that sells one-of-a-kinds. I must have gone to 20+ stores / fittings before finding this dream - and I have yet to find this specific dress anywhere else - (I searched for it extensively online) - so in the true meaning, it is one of a kind (and worth every penny!)

Alterations

I had the rear end & hips area taken in to "hug" me a bit more. The company that did the alterations is award-winning and did a fabulous job -- so that the dress can be taken-out (made larger in all areas - from the hips to the bust), or, taken in to be made smaller. This dress should be able to be taken down to someone who is a size 0, or, taken out to fit someone probably up to a size 8 or 10. I am about a size 6. I wear a size 26 pant, and am a 36C cup - hope this helps. I spent a fair amount of money having the dress formed to hug the lower body the way it does!
