The Dress

The Carnegie (Nolita 2019 collection) dress is absolutely divine and was a joy to wear.

It was custom made by Georgia Young Couture in Melbourne, Australia from laser cut silk lace, individually sewn onto white mesh, with an underlay in a mushroom tone which blends into your skin tone. I had the dress design custom altered by Georgia Young to insert a silk panel in the same fabric as the rest of the dress into the bodice for a more modest look (as opposed to the see through mesh at the bust in the original design).

The dress has a short and very manageable train (see the measurements below) and the front sits level with the ground. I found it very easy to dance and move around all night without tripping on the dress. I am 169cm and wore 3 inch heels.

Measurement from the top of the straps to the bottom (front) of the dress: approx. 149cm
Measurement from the top of the straps to the bottom (train/back) of the dress: approx. 175cm

Worn once only and professionally dry cleaned back to as new condition.

Alterations
