AS IS!!!!This gorgeous design has a strapless sweetheart neckline on a beaded bodice with a dropped waist and ruffled organza skirt. This is an absolutely stunning dress! Worn as my ceremony dress only.
The dress has not been dry cleaned so you will need to do that. However, the dress is mainly spotless, aside from dirt on the bottom from dragging the ground.
The size on the tag is a 22, but it was taken out and more beading was added to the sides. The added beading can be removed and dress taken in if needed.

Dress is taken out for additional room and beading added to the sides.
