The Dress
This dress was so comfortable!!! I was so happy I chose it. It's destined for a bride with a relaxed but elegant, dreamy vibe. I am 5'10" and with boots with 2 inch heels it was the perfect length. I really didn't like the corsets of David's Bridal style dresses, and appreciated how this dress was form-fitting in the bodice but much more comfortable.
Specifics: The dress is a French Cotton lace gown in ivory, fully lined, back zipper, and sash tie. Waist to floor is about 46 inches. Note the label size was my best guest, because it was made to my measurements.
Update - I dry cleaned the dress and the hem line looks perfect! See my fourth picture.
Alterations
Added another liner dropping down from the waist to make the dress not sheer in the legs. The tailor also let out the dress just a little bit in the sides - but should be pretty close to the measurements because there was little extra fabric to let out!
My mother tacked in bra cups, which I removed. I would recommend this.
