The Dress

My dream dress from my destination wedding in Italy this summer can now make someone else's dreams come true. This dress is perfect for a bride who wants to be unique and modern but still elegant and timeless. Perfect for outdoor, modern, rustic, vintage or bohemian wedding.

The Elise dress is a limited edition dress and this dress is 100% unique as I had the designer add cap sleeves to the standard Elise dress to create a more flattering shape on my arms. This dress is now no longer able to be ordered/made.

Highlights
- The unique lace is lazer-cut style with scalloped edges. As you move it creates a beautiful contrast to the lining (light Italian silk = comfortable)and the back is unlined creating a stunning v-shape back.
- Almond train, easy to walk and detailed lace around the edge.
- The bolder lace also means this is an extremely flattering dress. It doesn't require uncomforatble shapewear to look perfect and is not see-through.
- Comfortable to walk in, sit-in and eat in. Fitted with tear drop shaped cups for perfect bust and light support. No need for tape.

Dress is is in perfect condition as I had a second dress for the party at night time, has been professionally cleaned and no damage.

Pre-alteration the dress is a EU size 12. I am usually a size [removed] EU 10 on top, b-cup bust and a size 12 (38) on the bottom but the lining and lace have a slight "give" to adapt perfectly to the wearer. I lost weight since my last fitting and it still sat perfectly on the day. This dress would be perfect for a size 36-38.

Alterations

- Custom sleeves added from designer
- Small darts added in bust area to shape to cups
- Soft cups hand sewen in (can easily be removed or changed to any size)
- Shoulders taken up
- Lace shortened at the bottom front by removing bottom panel of lace then carefully re-attaching with hand stitching so that the edge remains the same. This can be re-stitched back to original length or desired length as needed.
- Lining shortened at front
- Skirt taken in below hips to give more of a flare shape against the body
