The Dress

I truly felt like a princess! The dress is quite heavy, due to the ballgown style, however, you get used to it quite quickly and I could easily dance and walk in it. The train pins up nicely at the back without looking too bulky. The lace material on the bodice could get a little scratchy around the shoulders and armpits due to the friction though.

I really enjoyed dancing in the dress, when spinning it really creates a beautiful effect. The dress is quite long though, so I did need to wear relatively tall heels to make sure it didn't drag on the ground.

It has a really lovely firm bodice with a built-in bra and accentuates the waist well. I preferred the button-up option for the back instead of the lace-up. The detailing on the bodice is carried through all the way to the bottom of the dress with beautiful lace, so that was really lovely on the eye.

I paired it with a long veil which suited the train of the dress as well.

Alterations

Added buttons instead of only a lace-up corset option for the back.
