The Dress

There is nothing I don't love about this dress, bought brand new from Brides in Love (August, 2019) in Wetheril Park, Sydney originally chosen from a sample piece from Kenneth Winston that they had in the showroom for a week.

What makes this dress unique is the amazing bead and lace work on it. A halter neck which is hard to find but also extremely eye catching, the body of the dress is comfortable and I wore it from 2pm - midnight! The back has a lot of details on it so that when you walk down the aisle it looks just as good as the front, a combination between bead work and lace. There are several diamonds throughout the dress so when the sunlight hits it you stand out from the crowd.

You will be able to dance in the dress comfortably and bring out your moves aswell as move around your reception area easily as its not heavy.

There is no flaws on the dress and is as if it is brand new as I have professionally dry cleaned it ($395) and the dry cleaners have boxed it so that the next one who wears it feels just as special as I did.

Alterations

I customised a veil to make my outfit one of a kind. Instead of having a traditional veil the seamstress at Brides in Love used a veil with diamonds on it and gathered it layering an additional beaded element to it attaching it with studs under the existing beading work to create a cape.

The seamstress at Brides in Love also added bodying to the dress so that it fits against your body and cups so that you needn't wear a bra on the day. Additionally, I got a bow connected at the back of the dress so for my first dance i could loop it onto one of the buttons it is so subtle you wouldn't even notice it.
