The Dress

My wedding dress designed by Steven Khalil made me feel like an absolute princess. It was classic, yet had features which made it different. We had a big wedding in July 2019. Being in winter, I wanted sleeves, but something that was detachable. Steven designed a dress with a full skirt, sweetheart neckline, slightly low back, with two 'glove' like sleeves. The sleeves fit perfectly and looked part of the boob-tube dress as an 'off the shoulder' look. I wanted the bodice and top part of the skirt to be covered with very intricate 3D floral lace. Throughout the skirt there are a few flowers spread and some iron-on crystals which slightly sparkle. The veil is fully detailed with the lace and crystals. The dress was comfortable and was easy to put on for my bridesmaids. It had a long train, which could be folded to make shorter by attaching 3 ribbons which were sewed on the dress in very subtle spots. The dress didn't feel heavy on the day and I literally partied all night in it!

The attachment for my top button from the back of the dress will need to be sewed on again properly (can explain how/why). There are 3 flowers still attached but a little loose on one glove. Other than that, the dress is in great condition for another beautiful bride to wear! It was dry cleaned the week after the wedding and is packaged in a box at my home.
