I bought it December 2018 at Panache Bridal in Pasadena,CA.
The dress was NOT altered at all! It is a size 8.
I also did not cut the bottom of the dress. Original price of the dress is $5,000.
The dress is also dry cleaned from Bridal Gown Care.
I didn't have to alter the dress at all.
There is an option to bustle the long train and it will still be floor length.
