The Dress

This is a timeless wedding dress with clean lines and a simple silhouette in a beautiful ivory crepe fabric. The dress is understated and minimalistic which reflects my everyday style but still made me feel like a bride on the day.

The dress features a sheer back with button detailing from neck to floor. The neckline is sheer until it meets a sweetheart bust. The body of the dress skims over the waist and hips before it flares at the knee to create an hourglass silhouette. The fabric has a moderate amount of stretch which lets you breeze down the isle, eat your cake and party until 3am.

I got through my wedding day without causing any damage to the dress. I lost a few buttons at the dry cleaner but have had them replaced and will give you a few spares.

I'm also including the matching Amsale 2.6m cathedral style veil. It has a small 2cm tear after getting caught under the church door. It wasn't noticeable in photos but it is imperfect so you can have it for free.

Please also disregard the label size. This is an AU 8 sized dress. I usually wear an AU 6-8 depending on the store. E.g. I wear an XS in Zara, AU 6 in Witchery and Saba and AU 8 in Cue and Portmans.

Alterations

The dress has been altered to my measurements. There are side seams with enough fabric to allow it to be taken out by about an inch. I'm 170cms and wore an 8cm heel.
