The Dress
Lily Jagger features a beautiful rich mix of laces. The daring deep neckline is balanced out with angled hip yokes to flatter the figure. Full silk skirt and train create a romantic, feminine aesthetic and embodies the carefree spirit of the bride.
I felt so comfortable wearing this dress, as soon as I tried it on, I knew it was the one.
This dress is in immaculate condition. I got it dry cleaned by a reputable company 3 days after the Wedding day, to ensure the dress remained in a pristine state.
Alterations
I had my dress altered by Faith Anderson, who was recommended by Rue De Seine.
I had cups sewn into the dress for extra bust support. She also tapered the bodice in, so it sat flush against my torso.
Faith added a flat button for a bustle, so it would not be uncomfortable to sit in. She also put 3 hoops on the train, so I could hook onto my hand during the reception.
We did not alter any of the length.
