The Dress

Originally purchased this dress in 2019 from Adelaide Bridal Collective, as “Jasper” by Brides Desire by Wendy Sullivan. However, it has been beautifully redesigned into a custom one-of-a-kind dress by wedding designer Malachi Empire.

The dress features detachable tulle off-shoulder sleeves and a detachable train, so you can have multiple looks for both ceremony and reception. The train is an overskirt that can be worn just at the back of the dress, as a dramatic train.

Made from high quality silk chiffon and tule, I found the dress comfortable and breathable, perfect for our outdoor summer wedding. The dress is boned to accentuate and complement your figure, and feature delicate blush toned lace embroidery to create a soft, ethereal look.

I am pear shaped with a small B bust so the dress is heavily padded with two sets of cups. The inner cups could be easily removed and the outer cups could be removed by a dress maker if required. It had a corset back, so there is some flexibility in measurements. I am 165cm tall, and wore the dress with 9.5cm heels. I have included my current measurements however my waist and hips were probably a little smaller before the honeymoon! Woops.

Alterations

Detachable off shoulder tulle sleeves added. Comes with a separate train/overskirt . Cups have been added at the bust. Lace embroidery was added at the top and around the back of the dress.
