PLEASE NOTE: The dress itself is strapless, the sleeves seen in the photos are NOT PART OF THE DRESS and are not for sale. The colored ribbon is also an add on and not part of the listing.
This dress was worn once for the wedding ceremony and then taken off (there was a different dress for the reception)
If you are a street size 22, this dress will be snug, but not impossible. I will say that the short time that I had to sit down in it, it was a little uncomfortable because of all the extra layers I had on underneath it to make sure I actually fit into it.
Alterations
The only alterations were hemming. I am 5'6", but as you can see in the photos, there is some room for someone a little taller. I had the dress hemmed to my original shoes (which were 2.5 inch heels) and ended up wearing flats.
