The Dress

Completely unaltered - worn off the rack from Catherine Deane from BHLDN. I fell in love with this dress online and ordered it after my first appointment! I really loved this dress because it was gorgeous, but also it was SO comfortable - we danced all night and I never was annoyed about my dress being in the way, feeling itchy or anything! Also, easy for your bridesmaids - no bathroom duties - one button, one zipper! The color is listed as ivory as that's the overall effect, but the lace is actually pretty true white with a nude underlay so it looks very cream/ivory colored overall. I seriously considered keeping this dress just because I loved it so much but thought since the style has since been discontinued that I'd allow another bride to have it for her special day. Full disclosure, the very bottom of the train where it drags on the floor was slightly discolored (I had it dry cleaned through TheKnot, but they were not able to get it 100% back to new - last photo shows up close of train). Would not really be noticeable the way the dress lays on the floor most likely, but also could alter slightly for a shorter bride. Otherwise no damage at all to the dress. I can only hope your wedding is as perfect as mine was!
