The Dress

Elegant pure white Lis Simon full A-line gown with lace bodice and full A line tulle/horsehair skirt. Features a deep V neckline with lace appliques, low open lacy back, and tulle horsehair skirt with refined 5 inch ribbon edge at hemline. Train was modified to be floor length all around, and the plunging deep V neck was raised appx 2 inches for modesty, though it is still a dramatic deep V. There were originally cascading layers of tulle atop the skirt which were custom removed by manufacturer to create a more classic less fussy skirt. The gorgeous 5 inch horsehair ribbon edge highlights the beauty of the classic skirt. I have the original receipt documenting retail price and modifications. The Lis Simon gown was part of the 2018 collection, was ordered in June of 2018, with delivery and single use of gown in Spring 2019. Worn for photos and indoor ceremony only. One wear only.

Alterations

made to be floor length all around, deep v neck front raised @2 inches for modesty, original cascading layered horsehair removed for a more classic full A line skirt. The ribbon horsehair hemline border was retained (visible in photos).
