The Dress

Stella York 6303 with custom alterations by professional seamstress, with a Pronovias lace jacket (size 10).

Dress originally bought new. The dress is a Stella York 6303 ball gown featuring lace over tulle adorned with delicate lace details. As part of the alterations, the illusion lace neckline, fabric covered buttons at the back and Diamante beaded belt were removed (I still have the belt and this could easily be reattached if needed), essentially turning the dress into a strapless with sweetheart neckline. Worn on my wedding day with a Pronovias lace jacket in size 10. Beautiful, delicate lace detail which complements the dress perfectly. Boat neck style with 3/4 length sleeves and fabric covered buttons to do up at the back.

No alterations made to the waist/hips/bust (label size 12), length altered to fit 5ft7 in very low kitten heels.

Worn with a simple cathedral veil to let the stunning lace detail show through.

Dress hasn’t been dry cleaned, and was worn outside, so there is some minor staining, mainly to the satin under layers of the dress, not really visible. Happy to provide more photos if needed.
