The Dress
Beautiful Martina Liana gown described by the company as "chic elegance and grace." It has a structured silk drop-waist bodice and an organza, textured skirt. Zipper closure under silk-covered buttons.
It was professionally cleaned and preserved, with a 50-year guarantee, by the textile preservation specialty company, J. Scheer & Co in Manhattan, NY.
Gown was purchased new in March 2012 and worn once in June 2012. Since then it has been in the preservation package box in a smoke-free, pet-free home. (See photo with the gloves.)
Happy to send additional photos, including more close-ups if interested. Did not want to remove it from the preservation box unless someone was serious about a purchase.
Alterations
Removed the tulle under the skirt and shortened for my height, 5’4. I wore it with flats.
