The Dress

I loved wearing this flattering yet comfortable bridal gown that is a great cross between modernity and actually looking like a bridal gown. The silhouette is stunning and it is a forgiving dress as it hugs at the right places. There is a loop for the train and it bustles beautifully to the back of the dress (I forgot to have a picture of that taken!). Also, the dress comes with pockets- it could fit a piece of paper if you wanted.

I bought this second-hand in Jan 2019, and wore this in December 2019 and have had it dry-cleaned by Syndals Bridal Dry Cleaners. There was no damage to this dress during/after the wedding. The shoulder straps have been altered, and the dress restored lovingly by the ladies at Brides of Brighton (amazing handiwork!), and there is room to lessen the bust padding as there were extra pads sewn on top of the pre-existing pads. The dress comes in its original bag (though I had to cut the bottom of the bag to let the dress hang down before the wedding to avoid creasing it) and its acid-free preservation box.

I also have an elbow-length veil (with comb) that I am happy to give with the dress as I think it's much better for someone else to derive some joy from it.
