The Dress

This beautiful White April gown is modern white lace over a very light blush underlay - making the detailing stand out. It was so comfortable to wear all day. Nice length train, with a wrist loop attached to the underlay to pick it up. Photographs beautifully, but there are also finer details: bead work lining the V neckline and outer edge of the straps. None of which is uncomfortable like other dresses I have tried on (e.g. some hurt under the arms). The underlay (under the skirt) is so soft and comfortable. The top is shear, with cups for support - did not need to wear a bra. Zips up at the back - very easy to get on and off. Very flattering- showing off the figure, but I was able to sit down in it and dance the night away too! It went perfectly with shades of pink/champagne. The floral hair piece is also for sale (separately) if interested.

Bought brand new from Jenny and Gerry's Bridal House. Came in Jan 2020 and we married Feb 22.

Alterations: I had the dress taken up at the bottom, as well as the shoulder straps, to suit my height of 168cm with 8cm heals - was very easy to walk around in including bare foot.
The dress was very low cut when made and I have DD's, so I had the bust line taken up as well - but could also be let out again and would suit up to a few sizes smaller in the bust (shoulder straps would just need to be taken up further and the cup size could also be changed). Alterations were professional - completed at Jenny and Gerry's.

No marks or damage at all.
