Wtoo by Waters from BHLDN. New, never altered. Only taken out of the box 1 time to try on. Beautiful beading on the bodice (but not too much beading) with illusion straps. It comes with a tulle belt seen in pictures 2 & 3. Feels light on, not a heavy dress. Note in pic 4, it's not zipped all the way & is unaltered so the fit is a bit weird on me. Only selling because I found the dress that's been in my head from the beginning.
