The Dress

Note that I have gained a little (lot) weight since the wedding so I can’t measure myself to give you measurements but I’m typically 14/16 street size, as I was at the time and i can measure the dress if interested but it’s in a garment bag from the dry cleaner with stuffing in it to keep its shape so I didn’t want to do that until I had interest.

Additionally, in reference to sizing, it’s a bridal size 18 and it didn’t take a lot of alterations, it fit almost perfectly when it came in. Besides hemming, the straps were shortened a bit and it was altered by the armpits to make it more comfortable.

This dress is TRULY beyond stunning and different than a typical dress. It has a sheath underneath (tried showing in pics) and it makes for the most beautiful, unique dress. It has applique but not over the top, and I can honestly say this dress will make you feel like 10 million dollars.

It has a dramatic, gorgeous train but a super detailed bustle was put in by one of the top wedding dress seamstresses on the East coast. This bustle allows for you to dance the night away and it just looks seamless.

Note that this dress has been dry cleaned and inspected by a dress company because I had originally planned on reselling through a second hand shop that had to close due to COVID. It’s in a fresh garment bag with stuffing to keep its shape.

THIS DRESS IS A STEAL and I’m so sad to give it up but I live in NYC and I just don’t have room for it. I hope someone else can feel like an actual queen the way I did on my wedding day.

This dress retails for $6350, I paid for shipping, and close to 1k in alterations. I will even throw in my veil which is basic but does the trick and cost $500 as well. This total package comes to close to 8k.
