The Dress
This is handmade, made-to-measure replica of the Rue de Seine Nahla gown. It is NOT the real Rue de Seine, but the only difference is that the fabric is a brighter white. I had this dress made after I tried on the RdS dress, but couldn't order it in time for my rehearsal dinner. I actually didn't end up wearing this dress anyway, so the whole thing was a wash. It has not left my home and has only been worn for these images and he try-on at the atelier.
It is best suited for a size 6. There is a smidge of extra fabric, so you could let the measurements out a little bit if you needed to. It's also easy to have taken in. As you can see, it needs some alterations to fit me correctly, now, but there are no flaws.
There is a long train, some lace detail at the bodice, oversized balloon sleeves. Can be shortened, too. I literally didn't even wear this dress for longer than a few minutes to try it on and decide I just didn't like it anymore.
