The Dress

The Anna Campbell Carolina dress was an amazing dress to wear on my wedding day! The style is beautiful, elegant and very comfortable. This dress is from the current Made-To-Measure Gossamer collection from Anna Campbell.

Inspired by French romance, the Gossamer collection is the epitome of timeless, classic elegance and is designed to create a beautiful silhouette for the bride seeking to embody both grace and glamour in a custom crafted gown. Modern flourishes are met with opulent fabrics, vintage touches and the finest lace in this collection. The Gossamer range features the intricate detailing and delicate handcrafted embellishments Anna Campbell’s creations are renowned for.

To be able to buy this dress you would normally need to wait 6 months and be able to attend their boutique in Melbourne, this dress may have been worn once but its ready to go (already drycleaned by the prefered Anna Campbell drycleaner) and can be sent anywhere (postage will be an aditional cost dependant on where you are, ie. within Australia or Overseas). Of course inspections, viewings and pickup is also possible if you would prefer.

I am a size 12 however as the dress works on a tie system to do up would fit someone of a smaller or larger size easily. I am 175cm or 5foot 9inches tall and wore 8cm heals on my wedding day, which is great if you are tall like me and easy to take up if you are shorter.

To add to its uniqueness this particular Carolina dress was the first one of its kind (except for the sample one) to be made, I was the luck one to name it and the first to walk it down the aisle. I'm sad to sell it however as I don't plan to wear it again and have nowhere safe to store it long term and I would rather see it go on to make another girl as happy as I was on my wedding day.
