The Dress

I absolutely love this dress! What really made me feel like this dress was "the one" is that it's so classic. It will literally never go out of style. I got a great deal on this dress since it was the last one in the store. It originally sold for around $2,000 (it's discontinued), I bought it for about $900, and now I'm selling it for $350. So basically, major score for you!

I included pics of the inside of the dress because other than the style, the great structure of it was a real selling point for me. It has a corset-type elastic band inside that keeps your tummy flat, but wasn't uncomfortable to be in for over 12 hours. The dress was lined so well that I didn't have to worry about underwear lines, and the bra cup is padded and structured well enough that I didn't feel unsupported while not wearing a bra. It really flattered my figure with minimal effort from me.

For the condition: I haven't had it dry cleaned yet, but I can if you are seriously interested in buying. It's a bit dirty along the bottom, but no stains. There are also a few small smudges on the body of the dress, but you really have to inspect it closely to find them.

Alterations

I did have alterations made that I'm sure you can undo. I had the hips taken in, and also the shoulder straps shortened a little as well. Unlike most brides, I didn't have the length altered at all because I'm so tall (5'10").

It also has an over-bustle (American bustle) with the three clear buttons, pictured. It can easily be removed. The clear buttons aren't noticeable when you're wearing the gown, as they're near the bottom.
